How do I connect my WordPress site?
Go to your WordPress Admin Panel → Users → Your Profile → scroll down to Application Passwords. Create a new application password and use it in the app along with your username and site URL.
I get a connection error. What should I do?
First, make sure your site uses HTTPS. Then check your .htaccess file and add the Apache authorization fix. If you're on Nginx, contact your hosting provider. You can also verify REST API access by opening yoursite.com/wp-json/wp/v2/posts in a browser.
How do I set up the AI writing assistant?
Go to Settings → AI Assistant in the app. Enter your API key for Gemini, Claude, or ChatGPT. You can get a free Gemini API key from aistudio.google.com. Once saved, the AI toolbar will appear above the editor.
My custom post types are not showing. Why?
Custom Post Types must have "show_in_rest: true" set in their WordPress registration. Ask your developer or plugin author to enable this setting. Once enabled, your CPTs will appear automatically as tabs in the app.
What is the difference between the free and Pro version?
The free version allows you to manage 1 WordPress site with up to 3 posts per day. Pro removes all limits: unlimited sites, unlimited posts, and removes the "Sent with WP News Pilot" signature. It's a one-time payment with lifetime access.
I purchased Pro but it's not activated. What should I do?
Open the app and go to the Pro Version screen. Tap "Restore Previous Purchases". Make sure you're signed into the same Google account used for the original purchase.
